In a Wim Hof Fundamentals Workshop I will guide you in the science based techniques of circular breathing and cold exposure. You will leave the class with the necessary tools to bring and sustain cold exposure in your own life as well as have the skills to use the Wim Hof Breathing Techniques in all situations to calm yourself, give yourself confidence and to summon all the power you already have inside.

In a Wim Hof Fundamentals workshop, I guide you in the science-based techniques of circular breathing and cold exposure. You will leave class knowing exactly how to bring, track, and sustain cold exposure in your life as well as have the skills to use the Wim Hof breathing in all situations to calm yourself, give yourself confidence and summon that extra power lift necessary to succeed in work, with family members, and at the gym!

My teaching is infused with the principles of Positive Psychology and will help you engage and amp up the third pillar of the WHM, the Commitment that is necessary to implement the pillars and fully reap the benefits of cold and conscious breathing in your life. This method is one of the most powerful tools you can have to access your inner core of physical and mental strength and learn to build on it to create a life that flows not from anxiety and fear but from strength to strength. Wim Hof

Dutch extreme athlete Wim Hof got his nickname 'The Iceman' by breaking a number of records related to cold exposure including: climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in shorts, running a half marathon above the Arctic Circle barefoot, and standing in a container while covered with ice cubes for more than 112 minutes.

Using 'cold, hard nature' as his teacher, his extensive training has enabled him to learn to control his breathing, heartrate, and blood circulation and to withstand extreme temperatures

Important Note

Cold training (including ice baths) is not suitable for those with Raynaud’s Type 2 or Cold Urticaria. Individuals should not practice cold exposure if pregnant or breastfeeding, after drinking alcohol, immediately after meals or during strenuous exercise. Remember, the cold is a powerful force. If not practiced responsibly, you risk hyperthermia. Those with serious medical issues should consult a medical practitioner before practicing.
