The most important relationship is the one we have with ourselves. We all want to feel good about ourselves and share our lives from a core of self-acceptance and love. I hoped that one day my relationship with myself would be all cleaned up; wounds healed, scars faded. That never happened. In my efforts to take care of myself, I slipped into self-sabotage and shut down. And, like many of us, into cycles of despair, withdrawal, and judgement.
We all have these isolating experiences. But, Positive Change is Possible.
Now, I focus on wisdom and compassion and distilling down the most rewarding insights and current techniques available. I know what works, and that is what I offer to you.
