Events & Retreats

You Can Read About Change. Or You Can Experience It.

I love a good book about psychology.

But reading about resilience isn't the same as practicing it.

You can understand stress intellectually and still lose your mind when someone says the wrong thing at dinner.

That's why I offer workshops and retreats.

We get together. We breathe. We explore what happens when life becomes uncomfortable. Sometimes we get into cold water. Sometimes we sit in a hot sauna. Sometimes we simply have a conversation that changes the way we see something.

The point isn't to become better at workshops. It's to become more capable of living your life.

The Green Cathedral

A Women's Retreat on the Olympic Peninsula

April 6–11, 2027 | Washington State

Six days. Five nights. A small group of women. Ancient forests, waterfalls, wild coastline, breathwork, wood-fired sauna, cold immersion, and conversations worth having.

The Green Cathedral is for women in midlife and beyond who are ready to ask a question that often gets buried under everyone else's needs:

What do I want the next part of my life to look like?

We'll explore the Olympic Peninsula, move through old-growth forests, experience awe, practice breathwork and contrast therapy, and share beautiful meals prepared by our private chef.

There will be time for reflection, creativity, connection, and doing absolutely nothing.

Which, for some of us, may be the most difficult practice of all.

This isn't a retreat designed to help you escape your life.

It's an opportunity to return to it with a different perspective.

The Monthly Stress Workshop

Stress Isn't Going Away. Let's Get Better at Meeting It.

First Tuesday of Every Month | Online

Most people think the goal is to eliminate stress.

Good luck with that.

Life is full of things we can't control. Relationships, work, uncertainty, aging, and other people.

Especially other people.

But we can learn to recognize what happens inside us when stress arrives.

In this interactive workshop, we'll explore how stress affects the body, how our automatic reactions develop, and how conscious breathing and nervous-system practices can help us respond differently.

You'll learn practical tools to help you:

  • Recognize your personal stress patterns.

  • Use breathing to support regulation and recovery.

  • Create more space between reaction and response.

  • Develop practices you can use in everyday life.

You don't need experience with breathwork.

You don't need special equipment.

And you don't need to be particularly good at relaxing.

Just bring yourself and your curiosity.

More Workshops & Experiences

Sometimes You Have to Get Out of Your Head and Into Your Body.

Throughout the year, I offer small-group experiences in Boston, New Hampshire, and other locations.

These may include guided breathwork, cold immersion, sauna and contrast therapy, adaptive stress training, and opportunities for reflection and connection.

Some are short workshops. Others are longer experiences designed to give us time to explore, practice, and recover.

All are built around the same idea:

Stress is part of life. Learning how to meet it differently changes how we live.

Come As You Are.

You don't need to be fearless.

You don't need to be fit enough for an ice bath.

You don't need to know what you're looking for.

You just need to be curious enough to try something different.

And maybe willing to discover that you're more adaptable than you think.
