In Wim Hof Fundamental’s workshop, I guide you in the science-based techniques of circular breathing and cold exposure. You will leave class knowing exactly how to bring, track, and sustain cold exposure in your life as well as have the skills to use the Wim Hof breathing in all situations to calm yourself, give yourself confidence and summon that extra power lift necessary to succeed in work, with family members, and at the gym!
