It’s not the food, or the wine, or my husband, or my work, or my parents, or my son.
It’s me. And how I feel. About myself. My people. My work. My family.
Feeling angry? How about a credit card fueled shopping spree.
Upset? A few bagels. Frustrated? Cocktail time. Isolated? Lets blame someone else.
Here’s what I know: I fall into self destructive behavior when I ignore my own needs. It’s hard to recognize and get out of these tricky negative behavior patterns alone. We all need help.
Here’s the secret sauce: We need healthy ways to deal with the bad if we ever want to feel good.
I am an INFJ intuitive. I understand. My special talent is to ask you just the right question at the right time. To get you moving out of self-sabotage and into self-respect. And self-love.
Remember: Procrastination will not get you anywhere you haven’t already been. Now is a good time to commit to you. You will benefit yourself and everyone around you.
